Voice remote not pairing To box and tv programming

My FIOS voice remotes on my main box and my secondary box are constantly asking to be repaired with set top box and to be programmed to each tv. The boxes will randomly turn off and need to be reset just to watch television. This is becoming very frustrating, any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked the batteries in the remotes lately? Is there any sources of interference nearby like a light dimmer or florescent light? I'll forward to support and see what I can find out for you.
