We Get Every Channel in HD Except 576 and 590

I just switched from Xfinity to Fios in march we get every channel in HD except 576 and 590 which is NBC sports channels that we watch all the time we have had our splitters and coax all checked and everything is good we have run all the tests and everything is good could it possibly be the set top box that was sent because it is only 2 channels that tile when we try to watch in HD theses are Philadelphia sports channels and we want to watch them in HD

First try powercycling the system. Unplug the power for the ONT, router and the Fios boxes for about 3 minutes. Plug the ONT back in first, wait until it is stable, then plug the router back in. When that is stable, plug the Fios box back in. See if that clears up the problem. If not give billing a call and have them re-authorize your account. If that still doesn't work you may need a new box.

Ok so we tried the power cycle and it did not work we are thinking that the coax cable to the splitter from the back of the tv that connects to the router may be too old been in house before we moved in over 30 years ago we are going to rewire through the wall what is the best coax cable to use

I would use RG-6 cable preferably CL2 rated for in-wall cable. Make sure you use compression connectors or pre-made cables with quality connectors. Also check and make sure that splitter is MoCa 2.0 or better certified.
