Where did Sprout on On Demand go?

Went to play some of my son's favorite sprout shows this morning and Sprout was not listed in the kids On Demand section! What is going on?

I have the same question. We noticed it was gone on Friday morning 5/17. I called Verizon, and they told me there was an outage affecting some on-demand programming but couldn't confirm that was why Sprout diappeared. The trouble ticket is still open and Sprout is still missing.

Sprout on On Demand for my kids is like HBO for me...it is CRITICAL. If there are ANY issues related to the continued access of Sprout on FiOS On Demand, I am going back to Comcast.
