Closed captioning will not work on one of our TVs. Any ideas what I can do about this?
Do you have a STB on that TV?
If so, the closed caption button on the remote doesn't activate it?
Are all the STBs the same?
Have you tried swapping the STBs around to see if it a TV or STB issue?
