currently I own the chs435hdc but storage is almost full are there any other dvrs that verizon has or is my only option to buy an sata drive?
The largest internal drive on any Verizon DVR is 500G (Moto or Cisco).
Your only other option is an external eSATA drive and it should be one that is rated for DVR use. VZ "approves" of the WD series DVR extenders which I have been using for a year and a half (1TB model).
**bleep** - Vz want $40 to upgrade DVR to one that supports the SATA drive.
Man these guy's know how to nickle and dime you.
Been a FiOS customer for over 3 years and already think its priced at a premium.
