cant access my dvr content on the verizon website. says my dvr is offline. called in and got nowhere. it shows on my tv as fine but shows no recordings when i check it online
What model STB/DVR do you have?
Have you tried rebooting your router and stb?
hi yes rebooted everything.. have brand new service only since october and it's been awful. and the online help is awful. i was an employee for many years and am so disappointed at the lack of customer service.
