I assume power reset didn't change?
Do you have more than 1 IPC?
If so, is this only one with an issue?
If you have more than 1, have you tried swapping them around to see if problem follows box or connection?
Have you tried contacting support?

I believe ap03 comes up when its trying to update the software. Did you give it time? If it doesn't complete you may have to to cold reset,
Cold Reset (Activation process):
1. Unplug the box.
2. Plug the box back in and begin pressing MENU right away until you see the word "run".
3. Using the down arrow button, keep pushing until you see the word "Cold".
4. When you have the word "Cold" on the display, hit "OK".
5. The box will go through the activation process over again.
