These are movies you purchased?
Did you check both via STB and online?
Outside of that, I would say try twitter support (@verizonsupport).
They have been helpful to me in the past.
This has to do with a VOD outage in your area.
Its happening to me as well, i contacted Tech support and this is the answer they gave me.
It should be back to normal around 4am EST or there abouts.
If it hasnt been fixed already since this thread is a few days old.
All your purchases will show up in the online portion of VOD on the verizon site.
