Your India tech support can't help me. They prefer putting me on hold to up their payments from verizon I assume.
I'm out significant time due to phone calls.
I'm out over 600 usd in movies.

Seriously considering cancelation of my services.

Did you check both via STB and online?

This has to do with a VOD outage in your area.

Its happening to me as well, i contacted Tech support and this is the answer they gave me.

It should be back to normal around 4am EST or there abouts.

If it hasnt been fixed already since this thread is a few days old.

All your purchases will show up in the online portion of VOD on the verizon site.
