I have had no program guide fro several weeks. How is this faxed. I cannot look up any shows and all recording has ended and only allows manual recording with no show names. Pls advise. Thanks
Is it on all STBs?
Are you using FIOS router?
If so to both, have you tried rebooting STBs and router?
What model STB and router do you have?
Any issues with Internet access?
