top box not working. How do I get you to send me a new one?

I tried all the things that were suggested from the online help and couldn't get it to work. I called the number and spent 15 minutes working with the tech to get it fixed. He re-loaded the box. I seemed to work but I can't get the channels to change off of the Fios Learning on Demand screen. The off button on the front of the box still doesn't work as well. The tech said that it probably meant that the box was bad. So can I get someone to bring me one or can I pick one up from a Verizon store?

So when he said box was bad, did he mention a replacement?
If not, you need to contact support and ask them to send you a new one.
