Question... Plan on replacing a non Digital 30 year old small ( kitchen) tv with a Digital HD small flat screen. Can I just plug he cable into it, ( not expecting HD) and get the basic cable stations?
You should be able to get a few stations when you run a channel scan on the new TV. You will not be able to get any higher tier stations though. And some of what you will get will be HD.
