Cable box dead?

I was having problems with the Fox All-Star game feed last night, so I went through all the Verizon suggestionsfor the set top box on their app and now it doesn’t seem to work at all. When I turn it on, the on light shows and the number 131, which I assume is the channel it is on. But I get no picture or sound from it and doing things like changing channels, info or anything else gets no results. Turning it on and off seem to be the only reaction I get as the light turns on and off. I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting power, resets, disconnecting and reconnecting coax, and so on. My other devices like the tv and amp work fine. All the cables are connected, and regardless it stopped working before I ever checked them. Any ideas?

its possible they may be able to assist.

Have you tried another input on TV?

Or another output of STB to TV (if you have the right cables)?
