Charged for unreturned equipment

returned the old Fios equipment in late November/early December 2023 but am being charged $375 for unreturned equipment. After receiving “no equipment return” email reminder from VZ I called and agent Mathew told me I was all clear on 1/2/24. Saw charge again in 1/30/24 and called. They told me Mathew was wrong and they will not resolve this matter unless I can prove ups store drop off with a receipt. I don’t have receipt any more.

You need to contact the billing department to get this straightened out.
