Error Code: PLYB_174

Recently switched cable to Fios TV+. Cable was working fine until one day I turned the TV on and the following error message appeared: “VMS is not available. Your Fios TV+ VMS is not reachable. Error code: PLYB_174.” I checked wire connections with the VMS and the coax LAN on the router and everything is good. Unplugged and replugged the wires on the VMS but no changes. I haven’t reached out to customer service yet, hoping I can resolve before going to them.
Also noting that the internet is working just fine, and that the issue is specific to connecting to cable.

Did you power-cycle the router and then the Fios box?
