Upgraded router and STBs installed by Verizon yesterday. Since install WiFi extender connected to media server box has gone into autonomous reboot 8 times in less than 24 hours. Install tech checked all connections yesterday as well as reboot of router, extender and outside NDU. Extender continues to reboot knocking down STB and WiFi. Will be requesting another dispatch but looking for any other troubleshooting steps prior to technician visit

Any way you can still use the system without the extender? If so, eliminate the extender temporarily and see if the system still reboots.
