6/12/2012 --- TV was working fine a few hours ago... now it isn't.. reset the router and set box and now it is stuck on setbox startup screen.
Internet is working fine.
Anyone else in NYC having problems?
All my Verizon services were completely out today, too. However, I live near Albany, NY.
Had the same problem yesterday here in NJ. Started with one box, and spread to another. First telephone agent thought it was a problem with the box. Second believed some sort of signal blockage. Tech is coming out this afternoon. I guess we'll find out then.
Internet and phone are fine.
