Fios One no longer responding to TV remotes

Just two days ago, the fios one stb froze up and stopped responding to anything. I unplugged it for 30 seconds and afterwards everything works, except it only responds to the Fios remote. My Samsung remotes no longer work to control the STB

Any ideas?

Any ideas?

Did you try re-programming the Samsung remote? Also try unplugging the Fios box for at least 3 minutes, then powering it back up.

I don't have the procedure in front of me, but, try re-pairing the Samsung remote with the STB.
