Fios TV remote changes to another input

Hi, community.

I'm new to Fios TV, and am experiencing a frustrating problem. Certain buttons, most notably the Menu button, on my Fios TV remote cause my TV to switch to HDMI 2 (that's a Roku device; Fios is HDMI 1). So, every time I press the Menu button, I have to then get my TV's remote and switch back to HDMI 1.

I couldn't find anything about this online, so... help!

Appreciate any guidance...

If it hasn't already been attempted, try to pair the remote control to the television again.
