Ok, Since I have receive the messages and have two boxes how do I go about replacing them ?
I purchased the G1100 router - does that need upgraded as well ?

The G1100 will be ok for the new boxes, at least for a while. Just call the business office and tell them you want to upgrade, or use the chat on the Fios page.
