Fios tv mobile saying I'm not home

I had not problem watching Fios tv on my laptop computer from my account, but last night when I signed in it is telling me I am not home and I can't watch practical everything.   I have tried deleting my wifi and re establishing a connection, cleared my history and browser cache and it still says I am not home.

Did you try using a different browser? If that doesn't work try calling billing and have them re-authorize your account.
