I cannot get Fios TV app to work on my Amazon Fire Sticks. When I get to the step of registering device I get a message saying "No Streaming Device Connected detected. Your Fios TV packege doesn't include a Streaming Device Connection, which is required to use this device to access your Fios TV service. You can go to to manage your account connections." But I don't know if that's true. E.g. I can use the Fios TV app to live stream Fios TV to my Samsung phone. Wouldn't that mean I do have Streaming Device Connection included in my account? I can't figure out from accessing my account and reviewing it onlune whether or not I do and I called Verizon and they said it should work with my account.

A while back Verizon changed their plans to include streaming devices. You have to have them included in your package, otherwise they have to use the WiFi in the home, and can't use the Fios app. Try calling the billing department and see what your account allows, then explain what you are trying to do. Sounds like the rep may have been confused, or didn't access the correct data for you. I think you are allowed 2 devices that have to be registered in the home WiFi environment. If you need more , you have to call billing and have them added.
