Glitching live TV

My live TV is constantly glitching and freezing. How do I get help, the app just puts me in an endless loop. This is new service, installed about a month ago

@Verizonsupport via X is always the fastest way to get support followed by the Fios Facebook page, Chat, Community (since we do escalate issues), followed by dslreports.com. 

I would also check ALL the coax connections and make sure they are tight, then remove power to everything for 3 minutes, power the router back up, when it is stable power each box back up one at a time.. Also try this on the main box:

Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Fix FiOS TV Issues
