Live tv rewind

I’ve been a Fios customer for +\-18 years. I have been able to set 2 channels at night and had 1hour rewind on each channel in the morning.
A few weeks ago that function has stopped working.
Spent an hour on the phone with a csr to no avail. Anyone out there have any ideas?

Just contacted support about this issue with last channel rewind via chat and they have confirmed in the last firmware update this feature was removed once the box is turned off . They said they will forward the request to the developers about enabling this feature again if enough users request this . I suggest that everyone contact support and request that this feature be brought back if you miss it .

I know you can't on Xfinity. don't know about any others.

We have also noticed this, and have spent HOURS on the phone about it. Agents as recently as 2 weeks ago said it should be working. We have walked through all the basic trouble shooting steps, etc. Finally on Tuesday 6/25 the agent checked with someone who said this function is no longer available. Verizon should have put out a message to everyone about this - it is a major change and degradation of functionality. At the very least all their agents should know when answering calls. Removing this feature without warning and the horrible customer service experience recently also has me considering a new carrier.
