My Fios via FireStick was working fine until a few weeks ago. Now almost daily I need to log-in and I get an error code 9-6-54-202-999. I uninstall and reinstall 6-10 times when it suddenly works. Also happens on my FireTV. Anyone else having this error code or know the issue? Thanks.

First thing I would do is call the billing department and have them re-authorize your account. That error usually relates to improper credentials. Also make sure you are loading the latest version of the App on the firestick, and that you completely remove the older version.

Tech support told me to uninstall/ reinstall the app... I will try that when I get home
