I have a stb. I am watching on 603. it happens on at least two of my four tv's. It seems to be getting worse lately.

If only happening on 2 off 4 tvs then it's likely cabling or a splitter issue. Make sure all your connections are tight from the ONT to the stbs. If that doesn't fix you may need to call tech support and have a tech dispatch out.

I unplugged replugged unscrewed rescrewed rebooted disengaged and realistically nothing works
ESPN comes and goes
NESN comes and goes
I even bought a new ROKU TV.

The answer is to drop cable entirely
The service is atrocious
Did you replace the splitters as was suggested above? If not that would be one of the first places to look.

In addition to what Clem said...are there any unterminated taps on a splitter? Unterminated taps can cause problems with performance. If there are any, either purchase some 75 ohm termination caps and apply to unused taps.
Another source of trouble is improperly prepped coaxial cable. Unfortunately without destroying the connector, it is difficult to see what is inside.
If there are any doubts about the quality of a termination, cut the end off of the cable and then replace it.
