My set top box keeps crashing-- and I go to the FIOS web site and they can reset it-- but 10 minutes later it crashes again. I tried to automated system but after 20 minutes of talking to a robot which has poor voice recognition abilities I gave up. Where do I go to swap this thing out? How do I talk to a human?
