I have activated my phone service and internet. However I can't find any activation code for my set top box and it's asking me during the set up process for it. Any options?
Call or text Verizon tech support to get the activation code.
And I have been on Hold for 62 minutes and counting. Why not have a portal where one can enter tye set top serial number and obtain the activation code?
