Please add both the national network and the Pac 12 Los Angeles network for your southern California customers. Thank you.
Let them know you want it by petitioning this site!!!! http://www.pac-12.org/p12n.aspx

Pac-12 Alumni are prominant on the east coast, specifically in New York and New Jersey. If Verizon Fios does not carry the network and its local affiliates. I and many others will be forced to cancel our subscriptions and go with Time Warner/Comcast etc. Its a shame because I love Fios. But as a die hard pac 12 fan, this network is my priority.
This network has just as much significance (if not more) to this area as the Big 10 network.
Any news in negotiating a deal?
I agree with the comments about Pac 12 fans on the east coast. I am a die hard UW fan living in Florida. There are several of us that get together and watch the football games every year. I have been able to watch every game on Fios for the past two years. I also hope that Fios is working on a deal to offer the Pac 12 Network. I will also be looking into switching back to Bright House or Comcast if Fios does not offer the Pac 12 Network before the first game.
Fios needs to offer the Pac 12 Network in Florida. There are several Pac 12 fans in Florida!
Please add the Pac - 12 Network to the FiOS Sports Package in Maryland.
The Verizion FiOS Product is superior to Comcast. I would never consider Comcast but Comcast offers the Pac 12 Network as a part of their TV package in Maryland.
We are a Verizon FiOS family, please add the Pac 12 Network to FiOS TV Programming in Maryland.
Please add the Pac-12 Network to the FiOS TV Programming on the East Coast (Maryland).
Pac-12 Network launches in Agust 2012, please add to the channel lineup. All the other cable providers are offering it.
Thats a great idea! This would be a perfect candidate for the Verizon Idea Exchange. Please search on the idea exchange and cast your vote. There may be another member who made the same suggestion. If not, please add a new idea so your fellow community members can comment and vote on your suggestion. http://forums.verizon.com/t5/Verizon-Idea-Exchange/ct-p/ideaexchange . The Verizon Idea Exchange is there for you to submit your ideas and suggestions to Verizon so that we can consider them as we innovate our products and services.
Football season starts in less than 2 weeks? Where are you at in adding the Pac-12 Networks? Particularly your southern california customers should be recieving the Pac-12 Los Angeles Network as soon as possible! USC and UCLA will be airing many of their football and basketball games on this channel...
Here is the link the idea exchange that you can vote for the Pac-12 Network (not that Verizon cares given the BBC debacle): http://forums.verizon.com/t5/Share-Your-Ideas-with-Verizon/PAC-12-Network-Launching-August-2012-FIOS-Must-Be-Ready-to-Add/idi-p/308043
I would like to suggest the addition of the new Pac-12 channels so that the West Coast can view their pertinent sports
If Verizon does not add Pac-12 Networks, we will move to the first carrier in our area that does. We are on FIOS month-to-month and I deferred renewing at the higher internet speed until FIOS carries the Pac-12 Network so I can leave at any time.

I am seeing a lot of channel requests (or reviving of old threads with channel requests) on this forum. PLEASE find the request on the Idea Exchange and vote there instead of starting a new thread here. If you don't see the channel you want after searching the Idea Exchange, then you are welcome to open a new suggestion.
The product managers are reading the Idea Exchange and if you want their attention then VOTE there. Thank you.
A link to the TV Content Ideas, where you can search for previously requested content, and then Vote. Or post your own request. Duplicating content requests over and over only adds clutter to this forum. Vote for the content you wish to see. Now if you wish to discuss programming content viewed, I would say this is a good place. But remember Verizin is not responsible for the providers content.

I am currently a DirecTV subscriber but have previously been a FIOS TV subscriber. Whomever adds the Pac-12 network first will have my service for the next several years, if not forever. If neither of you add it, I will be forced to (unfortunately) go to Time Warner Cable. Please, please, add! Thanks.
This needs to happen in LA now it's a PAC 12 state
This needs to happesee specially being in a pac12 city like Los angeles
Hey, there's a new PAC-12 channel much like the Longhorn Channel added last year. This PAC-12 channel should be part of the Sports Extreme package so we can watch those west coast games finally!
Thanks
I agree but Verizon seems to be ignoring us and others that have requested the PAC 12 addition. Time Warner and COX are showing football etal that are not available anywhere else, but I have had no luck getting a positive response from anyone at Verizon.
I agree and hope Verizon listens soon because there are games comming up that are not available anywhere else.
I agree, but nobody at Verizon seems to be listening. I tried many methods and have yet to get a positive result. There are many games comming up that are only available on the PAC 12 network and Time Warner and COX offer the PAC 12 Network and their divisions, so what do we do?
It is now September and still no PAC 12 Network on Verizon. I get no response from my requests also.
Here it is September, first games have been played and no PAC 12 Network on Verizon FIOS. I guess they are not listening and/or do not care.
I agree. Did you get an answer to your question? I also wonder what is going on, if anything.
This is NOT just a specialty channel of interest only to the left coast - the PAC 12 plays non-conference games againt people from other parts of the country.
For example, this weekend, the PAC 12 plays non-conference games against Duke and Oklahoma State. Oklahoma State is the #16 team in the country and this game is of national interest. Duke - while obviously not a national power - is of interest to fans in the ACC region (where FIOS has a strong presence).
In my area, your chief competitor is Cox and Cox offers this channel. There's very little that would make me want to switch back to Cox, but they offer this channel and they offer CBS College Sports in HD ... two glaring deficiencies for the football fan FIOSers.
Time to add Pac-12 programming for those of us who follow west coast teams.
DISH NETWORK JUST ADDED PAC 12 NETWORK!!!
Now we have a choice cable or satellite,
YOU CAN SAY GOODBYE TO MANY OF YOUR SUBSCRIBERS INCLUDING MYSELF!
Week three of the college football season is coming up and still no PAC 12 Network. This week, they are carrying Houston @ UCLA. Houston was last year's cinderella team and UCLA is an exciting young team fresh off of an upset of Nebraska. I'd love to be able to watch this game after Notre Dame-Michigan State ends ... there isn't really anything else worth watching among the late games ... but I can't see it on FIOS.
And in week four, Cal-Southern Cal will be on the PAC 12 Network.
Hello Verizon - are you listening? This is a huge hole in your offering.
There is NO HOLE in Verizon's lineup without the crummy Pac10 Network. ALMOST NOBODY east of the Rockies cares. Trust me .... VIRTUALLY NOBODY on the east coast cares ..... and certainly NOBODY CARES in the northeast.
This is an unnecessary channel, and Verizon senses that. There are far too many sports channels as it is. You have your regional sports channels ... you have more ESPN's than you watch, you have NBC Sports, CBS Sports, NESN National, YES National .......... and all those sports channels that start at channel 300 that you never watch now anyhow!!!!!!!!!!!! Give it a break.
NO MORE SPORTS CHANNELS ARE NEEDED
Maybe some of the many could be combined, than you wouldn't have so many hours and hours of games now that you don't watch now. And **bleep**, when the season ends ... those channels are less than useless.
Only holes, if any, in Verizon's lineup is HD versions of many of the second tier channels.
If you are a college football fan, the PAC 12 network is important. Sure, people who don't watch college football or college basketball aren't going to care ... just like those of us who don't watch British TV don't care about BBC America.
Personally, I care about channels that show college football and I care about Fox Business and you could take the rest of it off the air and I wouldn't notice.
For Verizon FIOS TV customers not have the Pac-12 Network available to them while Dish Network and Time Warner viewers is insulting to the point of being *****. What's up Verizon? Didn't know it was coming? **bleep**! Looking up at my inactive dish bolted to my eaves and just shake my head. But HEY!!!!!!!!! I can sit here in SoCal and watch the Big Ten Network to my hearts content.
When will Verizon offer subscribers the Pac 12 Network and/or Lakers Network?
Lakers are still up in the air.
Pac-12 they will never get. At least until next year. the most popular college sport(football) is almost halfway over and not a peep from verizon about it. They aren't even negotiating for that anymore at this point.
When are we going to get the PAC-12 Network? No one is responding to our inquiries. This is not good customer service.
While I understand that we as viewers are constantly passed on atrocious fees for channels i think that teh big picture should be realized. SIngle team channels should be dropped (YES, Longhorn Network). But those that bring a group of teams are better for a wider base (Big 10, Pac 12, SEC, MLB, NFL, NHL, NBA). So when will verizon stop snubbing the west coast and get a deal worked out with the PAC 12 network. My contract is up this fall.

A lot depends on the DEAL that Verizon gets. Some deals demand a fee for all customers at the same rate. Some don't demand that they be shown in all markets, etc. And some just plain want very high rates.
Verizon and these various Sports networks almost never reveal the details of any deal or negotiations.
Yes, spring practice is on. WE WANT PAC-12 Networks or we're going to consider switching.
I just read this ...
http://www.al.com/sports/index.ssf/2014/08/pac-12_commissioner_larry_scot.html
... and am no longer upset about Verizon not carrying the PAC 12 network.
"The Pac-12 Network insists on identical subscriber fees (usually a few dollars per month) for each cable/satellite customer, regardless of whether or not that household is in the conference's six-state "footprint" (California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Utah and Colorado). The SEC Network, on the other hand, is charging more per subscriber in SEC country than it is nationwide."
That is completely and utterly ridiculous. "A few dollars per subscriber" for the PAC 12 network outside of their footprint? That's absurd.
I love college football and want all of the channels that carry it ... but this is a ridiculous demand.
It's probably more like close to a dollar, but still ridiculous if they want that much for the whole country. The other college sports channels will charge around a dollar per subscriber in their footprints, then 10 cents or a quarter per month (also on less subscribed packages) for those outside their regions.
When will the Pac-12 network be available to sports veiwers with Verizon. Aside from Directv, all others have made deals with the Pac-12 network, so it is time to get this done. I only hope that this is resolved before the SEC network is added, I would like that channel also but prefer to be able to watch what interests me.
Please don't speak for everyone, There are a lot of West Coast fans here in the DC area, and the fact that Verizon can't get its stuff together and add PAC-12 to the line-up is just poor business. Seriously, people are willing to pay for it, let us pay for it. It has been 2 years now, get it together.
And here in the heart of Pac12 country, SoCal
