I'm a big fan of PBS and watch it often on channels 522,526 and another one. Yet it does not appear available ON DEMAND. So- when I'm not available to watchPBS shows at regular times, I miss it all. This makes no sense to me, especially as PBS is available on COMCAST. I've had two live chats which haven't resolved the problem. Am I missing something? What can Verizon do to resolve this?
Any advice is appreciated.
