I'm trying to find a solution to certain channels being pixelated on all tvs in the house. I did a Fios diagnostic and followed all the steps to troubleshoot the problem. We had a new box top sent and I just installed it. The pixelated channels are still happening.
Any advice?
What model STBs do you have?
Have you tried checking coax connections starting at ONT and working through splitters to each STB?
Make sure they are all tight.
