During a power outage a Fios Triple Play homeowner may use a portable generator.

What is Vz's stance on the use of power generators and its affects on Vz's equipment, specifically the ONT and STB?

If negative, would it be okay to use a line conditioner?

A lot of us use generators during power outages, are you wondering what is verizon's stance if your generator burns out their battery back up? If so I am not sure how they would assess that, or if they would even care. They normally just fix what is broken with regards to that, as it's their equipment, and you can't use their service without having a working one.
