I tried the pause 0 suggestion, did not work. If I need to enter a Sony copy I have a list. Do not know the procedure to enter the code(s).

You don't add codes to the Fios Voice remote, look here:

Found the problem. Remote was originally set up for Samsung and a soundbar. Reset remote and reconfigured for Sony and no soundbar.
