Since recently upgrading our Fios we have had nothing but problems. When accessing things like ESPN told we are not subscribed yet can watch ESPN channels? Does same for multiple other apps and we are subscribed to all.
Can not run OnDemand - tells us not available.
My husband has spend countless hours via Chat support. He would like to work directly with someone via a phone call and have all these issues resolved and our Services restored to what they were pre-upgrade.
