I got new boxes on Thursday Tech could not get it to work. Came back on Friday and still can't get it to work. I have a Samsung TV with One Connect. Picture works on everything but the Fios.

Which Fios boxes do you have? Somewhere in the settings on a Samsung TV is a menu option for each input for Full Color or Enhanced Color or something similar. that must be enabled on the input your Fios box is on for it to work. Also you have to use a High-Speed certified cable for it to work. You could also try turning the TV and Fios box on, unplugging the HDMI cable from both devices, then plug it back in. The 4100 series Fios box looks for a flag that tells it the maximum capabilities of the TV, then it sets itself to that. If the input is not set up correctly you will have no picture.
