TVs audio out of sync with each other

I've read about the solution to hit the channel up twice and then channel down and I did that on both tvs but it did not fix the out if sync audio echo effect.  Is there another solution that a non-techie can folllow?

Try this and see if it helps:

Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Fix FiOS TV Issues

Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Self Diagnostics

There is also a way to control sync in the service menu but try those first.

Fios TVs audio not synced..follow up

I tried the suggested actions to try and self correct my out if sync TVs but they did not correct my situation.

I actually did it twice ...the second time about 10 days later just to be sure I followed the instructions exactly.

Is there another solution that I could try?

Thank you.

Assuming you aren't going through an AV receiver with the audio, and the audio is AHEAD of the video you mey need to go into the service menu and manually set the audio delay.

Follow these instructions to get into the service menu:

FiOS TV One Hidden menu - Diagnostic - Verizon FiOS TV DSLReports Forums 2.jpg

Once there you go to additional HDMI Settings, look for Lip Sync Delay and try 30. If audio is now BEHIND video then change it to 20. Keep adjusting until you get it right. DO NOT mess with ANYTHING else while there as you could mess up the entire system.
