Tivo Bolt missing channels, Syfy 680 w/ Preferred HD in NJ

Hi,

I am subscribed to Triple Play with Preferred HD as my TV package.

I am missing some channels such as Syfy 680, CNBC 602.

These are quite basic channels. Both these channels have worked before now they're just showing 'Searching for a signal on this channel V52.'

What is interesting is that non HD channel of Syfy and CNBC works fine.

I have a Tivo Bolt DVR box with a M card that Verizon just sent to me as a replacement thinking my previous card needs to be replaced. Both are having same issues.

Need help.

Same issue, 1 tivo still gets channels, new bolt does not.

troubleshooting over phone took me to try to activate card on tivo premeire. Now that TiVo does not get a few channels.

My channels are FX, FS1, and some random college sports channels
