I used to get the full guide by pressing blue guide button on remote and got the channel small guide in middle of screen by pressing the up white arrow. I like that small guide, but can't get it.
What happens if you hit the guide button twice?
What model STB do you have?
If I click twice, then the small guide goes to right of screen. Verizon could not fix it and thought that an upgrade changed it.
Sounds petty, but it just isn't the same guide on the right and I miss the other style that was in middle. If Verizon coudn't change it, I guess I just have to put with the bad change.
Have you tried making changes in Menu Settings TV Secondary Guide Prefernce
Try different options there
