vod_207 error

I keep getting a vod_207 error when I try to access on-demand. Not being able to access on-demand while being stuck in your apartment during the covid-19 crisis is not fun!!! (plus Verizon is probably missing out on a bunch of revenue since I can't rent movies...)

Does the VOD show up in your account settings when you access your account online? does it do it for ALL VOD or only paid VOD?

I have same issue.

it not for paid vod ... at the moment it’s happening on HBO but also have issue on bravo.

Not much info on this issue online -

cant watch hbo or Bravo or other networks on demand (certain shows Work though) getting same error 207. Will reset after an hour or so. Highly annoying.

anyone have a solution?

I was watching on demand today and when I finished an episode, I wanted to start another one but when I tried to go back it gave an error code of 207 saying something about the network connection. I rebooted my box but i am still getting that error code on my box and the other boxes. Is there a fix for this?

I checked the fiostv app on my phone and ipad and when I search for the show it gives me the option to watch it on demand and it seems to work there just with more commercials.

I am in New Jersey and have the VMS server box. It happened again tonight when I was watching bravo on demand. I finished an episode and wanted to watch another and then I got the error message again and now on demand doesn't work.

Since everyone is now isolated at home, I am unable to watch VOD -- not the premium channels nor streaming services I'm paying for. Keep getting this VOD 207 error message with suggestion to try again later. Only later, I'm still finding this message. Need some assistance figuring this out.

Hi! My on demand has been working fine and was watching quite a few episodes of Good girls last night and all of a sudden when I went to the next episode I got the weird VOD_207 error message. I tried rebooting my box last night (which didn't work). Now today I'm still getting the error message. This is very frustrating when stuck in the house due to the quarantine. Can customer support please assist with this issue? I am located in Washington, DC (NE zip: 20002) and my box is the Arris VMS1100

This started happening to me too a few months ago when the on demand software was changed. My main DVR works fine. My two set top devices won't show anything on demand. It's way too big a coincidence that the system is updated and changed and now I can't use on demand on my two set top units

Not sure if this will work for others (and frankly not sure if this is a permanent fix either)

but i had my main TV/DVR unit upstairs and the satelite (smaller) unit downstairs which was closer to the router.

i thought since maybe the on demand may be linked to the router pinging for access or something i switched them so the main DVR is much closer to the router ... and it seems to be working now?

not sure thats a fix but seems to be temporarily better?

Same issue, same message. Forest Hill, Maryland. Box model vms1100. Top support tool fix FiOS TV issues did not work. Reboot did not work. Network diagnostics found no problem.

We're having the same issue. Error code VOD_207. We have an Arris VMS1100 in Long Beach, NY 11561.

Same thing for me this evening. I tried resetting the box via the menu app. Same error. Fios is great for internet but HORRIBLE for TV. Please fix.

Funny thing (not really!), but I’m having the same issue again with this VOD 207 error tonight! This ridiculous the issue is happening again only a few weeks after I had this happen last time. Verizon fios needs to get it together!! Verizon please fix this issue in Washington, D.C. zip 20002!!

I am having the same issue watching ESPN on Demand. I have reset both the router and the TV box - it will play for 5 minutes then lock up and give me an error code of 207.
