it’s been over 24 hours since I activated my 1G internet plan and I’ve yet to-receive the promotional email or in app tile regarding the Xbox or any email regarding the gift cards. Any information on this would be helpful @vzw_customer_support

To clarify, is this 5G/LTE Home Internet, or FiOS home internet? What options do you see in My Verizon under Account > Home > Make the Most of your Plan?
