$100 Amazon gift card

I was told when I signed up for FiOS that after my 1st pay period I could get an Amazon gift card for $100. It's about to be 4 pay periods, 3 phone calls, 2 chats and it still says "processing begins in 0 days." Starting to feel like I got *****. Please help
