2FA ( TOTP ) or hardware security key enabled features. The current system is SMS and does not offer the same security features than the one I mentioned. Not to mention that it’s getting mass adoption by other global organizations. Meanwhile, Verizon does not implement such security protocol.
Why, and hopefully it will be implemented.
