Amazon Prime Redemption Link Missing

Hello,

Please help! We were sent the link from our promo after signing up for Verizon to redeem 1-Year free Prime and an Amazon Echo. They Echo link is there but there is no Prime link to claim. Also says you need to claim your Prime first before the Echo... so yea. It's also very frustrating for people who work normal jobs that you are only open during the prime business hours; we have to work to pay for our television and get put on hold for 30-minutes or hung up on by your robot lady who has a hard time talking over people when telling her your phone number or what the issue is.
