I had to make 6 phone calls before I could leave a callback number   The automated service decided I needed a new remote and sent me the wrong one.  Once I got to tech support my issue was resolved and another remote should be arriving soon. The technicians are very helpful but the automated service is an experience in futility.  I was almost ready to cancel my service.  I have been unable to use my television for the past 8 days .
