We had a tree fall on a Verizon Utility Pole in our backyard which smashed it into 3 pieces. Attached to the pole was the power line to the house. Which is now hanging about 7' above our heads. The legal limit is 10'. The Electric company cannot fix the issue until Verizon replaces the pole. I have contacted Verizon a host of times and there has been no action to repair this illegal situation. Can anyone offer me a number to dial that is outside the typical Verizon support number?
