Hi! I just started my service with Verizon and I was told that I could use my gift card towards my first bill! The person that I spoke to on the phone promised me that once the gift card was available I can use it as soon as possible for anything. Now, it’s saying I can’t redeem it till September 5th! I want to know if anyone is having the same issue as me!
