Was trying to search on my particular topic but didn't find an exact match.
I am wondering if it is possible to cancel FIOS TV and Internet, but keep the phone. It is for my elderly mother who has had her landline since 1997.

Call 1-800-VERIZON
and tell them to remove everything except phone service. You can only do this on the phone, not in chat or email. Make sure to have the account numbers and pin if one was set up. Verizon likes to stall with this pin not given. Stick to your guns and make sure the other services are terminated.

Did it work. We're you able to cancel your TV, internet and keep your phone. I'm trying to do the same thing.
