Cannot redeem Simplisafe offer

When I had Fios installed in July it came with an offer for Simplisafe 8-piece bundle after 65 days of service if redeemed before Jan 17, 2023.  I have emails telling me to redeem my offer, the tile to click was showing up in my offers until this weekend but now it's gone.
