Today is Thursday I have had an issue since last Friday. Finally got someone at Verizon Wireless to get me to Jen at Fios yesterday. Almost finished my upgrade and she needed to call me back. She tried and I missed the call and now 26 hours later can't get back to her. Now I'm on hold again for one hour.

Terribly frustrating.

This is NOT a way to run a real business.
