Totally disappointed with Verizon's customer service. Had a tech damage my roof gutter during Fios installation. Called multiple times, had pics taken, and given the runaround. Opted to fix the gutter ourselves due to weather, but can't get a straight answer from Verizon. Every call, new claim numbers and delays. "> Need reimbursement now, not in 6 months! Why should we suffer for their lack of professionalism? Hopefully, someone from Verizon sees this and takes action!
