Damage to my roof gutter during Fios installation

Totally disappointed with Verizon's customer service. Had a tech damage my roof gutter during Fios installation. Called multiple times, had pics taken, and given the runaround. 🙄 Opted to fix the gutter ourselves due to weather, but can't get a straight answer from Verizon. 😡 Every call, new claim numbers and delays. 😫 Need reimbursement now, not in 6 months! Why should we suffer for their lack of professionalism? Hopefully, someone from Verizon sees this and takes action! 🤞
