Damage to truck due to low wire

Hi,

I need assistance with filing a claim for property damage involving Verizon cables. Around 2 pm on July 28, 2023, while driving on 54-35 46.street, Queens, NY. low-hanging Verizon cables got entangled with my truck, causing damage to the vehicle.

I would like to know the correct process to file an insurance claim for this incident. Could someone guide me on the necessary steps, required documentation, and the right department or contact person to reach out to?
